House 27, situated in Caracas, Venezuela, underwent a revitalizing transformation. Originally built in the 1960s, the house was infused with a fresh perspective by architect Karen Agusti. In my role, working for Akua Projectos, I took on the responsibility of overseeing and coordinating the various aspects of the project, including managing the construction works, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with stakeholders to bring the new vision to life.
